§  Shipping & Delivery  At this time, The Crustacean Society ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Crustacean Society ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier”.  However,  The Journal of Crustacean Biology is shipped all over the world by our printer Brill.


§  Refund Policy  Contact must be made with The Crustacean Society before any returns or refunds are handled.   You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.  We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.  We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.  To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website.  For members who have signed up to receive a print copy of JCB, please contact us as soon as possible if you have failed to receive your print copy of the journal.


§  Privacy Policy –We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties.
